Use the Zeekr app

The Zeekr app is divided into several pages. Use the icons to access the car page, My Service, and your profile.

Car page

On the car page , you can:

• See general information and status of the car
• Remotely control the car:
  • Lock and unlock the car
  • Open the windows, tailgate, front hood, and charging hatch
  • Control the climate in the cabin
  • Control, monitor, and schedule charging
  • Check tire pressure
  • Activate the horn and lights to find your car
  • Use navigation and set geofences
  • Share the car with other users and manage keys

Keys can be bound to a Zeekr profile, so that when the car is unlocked with that key, the personal settings are automatically applied to the car.

To bind a key to a Zeekr profile:

1. Navigate to Vehicle & Security > My Keys.
2. Select the key to bind to an account.
3. Press Bind account.
4. Select the account to bind to the key.
5. Press Done.

To adjust which shortcuts are shown in the Remote Controls shortcuts tab:

1. Press Remote Controls.
2. Press Edit.

If you have more than one Zeekr car connected to your account, press in the top left corner to select another car.

My Service

On the My Service page , you can:

• Find the user manual
• Request service and see booked service appointments
• See the VIN for the car
• Contact roadside assistance
• See current software edition
• Order connectivity packages

Profile

On the profile page , you can:

• See your notifications
• Edit your profile
• Handle your connectivity orders
• Contact Zeekr
• See app information and terms and conditions
• Log out

Under settings you can:

• Delete your account
• Change your region and language
• Manage permissions for the app

Under Builders, you can help Zeekr make the software and driving experience even better, by sharing your ideas for improvement, by reporting bugs, or by sharing tips and tricks with the Zeekr community.

Manage shared vehicles

To manage shared vehicles, navigate to Vehicle & Security > Share Vehicle. Press a car in this menu to show when it was shared, who shared it, and for how long it is shared. This is also where you revoke access to a shared car.
