Return or sell the car

When returning or selling the car:

  • Contact Zeekr Support (zeekr.eu/contact) to:
    • Inform that you are returning or selling the car.
    • Cancel any Zeekr services connected to the car.
    • Get additional information.
  • Perform a factory reset. See "Factory reset".
  • Make sure all original equipment is in the car. Some items are legally required, while others are critical for safety and emergency situations.
Note
We recommend: Make sure to remove all personal belongings from the car.
