Climate

Air conditioning

The air conditioning controls the temperature, humidity, and air flow in the cabin to create a more comfortable environment. In the center display, you can adjust the climate zones, temperature, mode, fan speed, air conditioner, and sync function.

To open the climate interface: Press on the temperature or fan symbol at the bottom of the center display.

Controls

ON/OFF symbol

ON/OFF

Press to turn on/off the whole system. The second row climate control can be turned off separately at the bottom right of the climate interface.
Auto mode symbol

Auto mode

When the mode is turned on and the temperature is set, the fan speed, air flow temperature, and air flow distribution are automatically adjusted to ensure comfort.
Air conditioner symbol

Press to turn on/off the cooling function.
Eco mode symbol

Eco mode

The mode can only be activated when the climate function is turned on. If activated, some functions are reduced to save energy, such as the cooling or dehumidifying. When the mode is activated, the ECO button illuminates.
Fast cooling symbol

Fast cooling

Press to lower the temperature in the car as quickly as possible.
Heated steering wheel symbol

Heated steering wheel

Press to select the intensity of the heated steering wheel.

Press to open the settings menu.

Recirculation mode

If activated, the air can be recirculated inside the vehicle in different ways. Different modes can be selected, including internal recirculation mode, external recirculation mode, and auto recirculation mode.

Press to freely move the blowing direction or select one of the pre-defined options.

Press to select the areas where the air is distributed.
Increase fan speedDecrease fan speed

Fan speed

Press to decrease/increase the fan speed, or press or slide the slider to select a fan speed. If fan speed is reduced to 0, the climate function turns off.Fan speed slider on the center display
Front windshield defog/defrost symbol

Front windshield and windows defog/defrost

The front windshield defog/defrost function is used to remove mist and ice from the front windshield and windows.
Rear windshield defog/defrost symbol

Rear windshield and side mirrors defog/defrost

The rear windshield and side mirrors defog/defrost function is used to remove mist and ice from the rear windshield and side mirrors.
Caution
The side mirrors are hot when defog/defrost is active. Do not touch the mirrors while they are heated.

Seat comfort

Press to activate/deactivate seat comfort for the respective left/right seat. If seat comfort is active, the symbol in the bottom toolbars appears with the activated comfort mode.
Temperature display with increase and decrease buttons

Press the arrow buttons next to the temperature value to decrease/increase the temperature.

1There is also a temperature slider for each front seat in the climate interface.

2Blowing mode and air distribution can be set individually for each front seat.

Other settings

Fragrance
Select a fragrance to be used in the passenger compartment.
Sync
The temperature for the driver and passenger side can be adjusted separately or synced to the same temperature when the sync function is activated. When the temperature of the front passenger seat and rear compartment is adjusted, the sync function exits automatically.
Note
All the front vents can be adjusted up/down/left/right manually to control the air flow direction as well.
