Hazardous situations
Discharged low voltage battery
While the high voltage battery level of charge is above 10 %, it keeps the low voltage battery charged. If, for some reason, the low voltage battery reaches a level of charge below 30 %, it will automatically shut off. This could happen if the high voltage battery is kept below 10 % level of charge for an extended period of time.
A discharged low voltage battery will cause the following issues:
- The doors and the front and back hood cannot be opened.
- The high voltage battery cannot be charged.
Restart the low voltage battery
If the low voltage battery has shut itself off because the level of charge is below 30 %, it can be restarted again.

- Press and hold the tailgate button for five seconds.NoteIf the low voltage battery does not restart after pressing and holding the tailgate button for five seconds, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner.NoteIf the high voltage battery is at a level of charge above 10 % but still does not charge the low voltage battery, contact a Zeekr Hi-Tech Service Center or an approved service partner.
After restarting the low voltage battery, charge the high voltage battery as soon as possible so that it can start charging the low voltage battery again.
